The only feedback I would give is that it would benefit from slightly more packing in the outer cardboard box as the internal wooden box had opened and the parts fallen out. Fortunately nothing damaged, otherwise very happy thank you

I want my money back !! I 've bought an object on Vapman website,order #1564 I 've received it then I changed my mind within the legal 14 day delay to retract. I informed vapman. They agreed and gave me a postal address to send back the object. I sent it back and gave them the tracking number of the parcel. Vapman receiveid the parcel at the end of March. I've checked. I've already written 2 emails to the customer service, asking for my money. NO ANSWER so far. I don't know if Vapman is a serious company but for sure they don't care about their customers. Or is it worse? It was my LAST experience with this company.
