GBI’m a new customer but I feel a loyal… I’m a new customer but I feel a loyal one, my orders are always over $100 each time, and my recent order I had 2 vapes that had leaked all its juices out I to the sealed bag in wich they came, I’ve reached out to the company 3 times now with absolutely no response, sent videos ect, any other company would hate to loose a customer, and would appreciate no negative feedback on there website, I just want this topic to be made right, I’m not asking for a refund even though entitled but a store credit absolutely. GBUSPS misdelivered my vapes and sent me… USPS misdelivered my vapes and sent me a letter saying so but to fix the problem they asked me to have Disposable Vapez fix the problem by giving me my money back. They had me send their letter saying they lost it, to the merchant which is Disposable Vapez. I thought no way would they believe this and they did! They happily helped me by giving me my money back and the customer service was was incredibly patient with me. Thank you guys for everything! I am definitely sticking with your company for all my purchases.
