A lot of the stuff that they have on the site can't be found elsewhere. They are great at finding coils for tanks that have been produced in a long time. I couldn't be happier with the service. I've never once had to contact customer service about issues. HUAbsolutely worthless Absolutely worthless. We ordered a VooPoo Drag X Plus. They shipped it to the wrong address TWICE. This is completely inexcusable. We sent them screenshots of the order showing the correct address. They had the gall to ask us to pay to reship the item. Not giving them another chance. They deserve to go out of business. S.
