GBI've been a customer for 3 years using… I've been a customer for 3 years using my PO Box as shipping address. Never had a problem getting age verified. But now Nicokick says they no longer ship to PO Boxes, so I had to give a physical address. USPS doesn't deliver to my house, so I had to pay $9.99 extra for Fedex shipping. Then the age verification failed when I used the street address, so I had to go through a long drawn out process of uploading a picture of my ID and another picture showing me holding the ID. And they won't keep that verification info, so the next time I will have to go this hassle all over again. This will probably be my last order with them since they treat long-time customers like crap.

GBPleased longtime customer. Nicokick provides a wide assortment of products. My personal preference is Rogue products. I do look to purchase when they run specials on items I use. I've never had any issues with service whatsoever. They deliver purchases promptly. Very fast service.

GBSomething is amiss at Nicokick as of 3/2024 I placed an order 10 days ago, the cost was immediately charged to my card, and I have yet to receive any confirmation. My order still says "processing" on their website, again, 10 days later. Their phone greeting says that their phone lines are not being answered today, and I have not received any response to my email or website inquiry. I have been charged for my order and now it looks like Nicokick is AWOL. Do not order from this company. Maybe they were reputable at one point but obviously there is something fishy going on now and they are fine with taking money but not fulfilling orders.
