Poor customer service. Defective product. After 2 days my mod started overheating. I emailed Flawless, no answer. I tried to call, always busy. I am stuck with a product I cannot use. One side of battery works and the other side doesn't causing it to become extremely hot. I tried several different sets of batteries with the same results.

Hella fast shipping for hella cheap (: Super fast shipping (3 days from order placed), products arrived in small discrete package. No damage, adequate cushioning. Got exactly as I ordered. Everything as expected, although with some shops out there, getting the basics correct is impressive. Especially with the cheap prices, this was a 10/10 online vendor experience. Wish they had more products, but will be using FlawlessVapeShop for the majority of my future orders (:

Flawless vape Was delivered in a reasonable time. Still expensive on all the different taxes, because of California. Wasn't able to get the berry blast, it's been sold out for the past 3 weeks. Had to get a different flavor.Got the coils I needed.
