Awesome customer support and fast shipping!! Awesome customer support, helped me quickly with a refund request! Super fast shipping and a good supply of products! One of the best experiences I've had shopping online in quite along time. I would highly recommend this site to anyone who needs vaping products. The overall experience was just very very impressive. 5 stars for sure!

1st time customer review 5️⃣⭐/5️⃣⭐ This was my first time using this website. They offered the product I needed at a convenient price and at a very comparable price to the official website associated to the brand of item I was purchasing. The main website for the item I wanted wasn't loading for me on my phone so I Google searched for the product I wanted and after checking at least 3 other websites that didn't seem as legit / real / as professional as this website I made my decision to order from lighterusa.com . The purchase included reliable tracking info and my product was mailed securely and well packaged. Overall a 10/10 experience for me. Thank You

Love lighter USA! Shipping was fast and easy, order was complete, I've never had problems with this site and everything always comes earlier than expected!

Excellent Service Great follow-up customer service via email and voice mail. Order was marked as delivered but was not by USPS. Lighter USA did a make-good and took care of me. Thanks!
