GBI purchased a glass blunt I purchased a glass blunt. The buying experience was pretty cut-and-dry. shipping arrived earlier than I thought. The problem is this product. Broke the third time I used it just in my hand Once it was heated, I reached out to this company to let them know that this product only lasted 3 uses and because it wasn't broken during shipping and I had used it. They refused to replace or discount another one I think that's bad business practice to Sell sub par products... Unfortunately, when I purchase a new one, it won't be from them. At the very least, a warning that glass may break at any time should be put on their products.

GBSuper quick but. Super quick but. I am not sure if it is because of it being Florida and the heat but this delivery has a leaking vape- and most cartridges are sticky -last time also and I called about that one. Otherwise besides a bit of clogging all has been great

Neither one has arrived and your insurance has to try to pay me back. But now I have to wait 7 business days before I can even apply for a refund. Thank you for screwing me up.
