Don’t buy from ejuice direct I ordered $97 worth of products from them and received someone else’s order! I’ve tried repeatedly to call them and I get voicemail. I’ve left messages and no call back! I’ve emailed them multiple times and no response! I’m now out almost $100 and stuck with products I won’t use.

Prices and selection was great. This was my first time ordering from here. Was skeptical at first but overall experience was great. Prices were fair and selection was amazing. Only wished standard shipping was shorter.

Your not getting any kind of discount This was my first and last time ordering from ejuice direct. i never got the discount for first time ordering, and after realizing this i did the math and your not getting a discount. There making there money back on shipping. if you spend $90 as i did, you shouldn't be charged $12 for shipping on a package that had 2 bottles and a small mod and weighed just over 1 pound. There's way better places to order from and if I would have been paying attention I wouldnt have ordered from here.

The team is super helpful The team is super helpful. We had an error with our order and it wasn’t delivered. They refunded ordered and allowed us to try again. I reordered and the shipping was fast! Hopefully the stock gets updated soon but otherwise great service

Issues with mod I ordered 2 Xros 3's and they both didn't work as intended. I reached out to customer service and explained the situatio, they couldn't take the product back because the were open. They gave me store credit of the full amount plus shipping and I was able to order another product that same day. Very fast service and very helpful
