Damaged product but good customer service We normally have a great experience with Olofly, but this time, the vape we ordered leaked before/during transit and was not usable when it arrived. There was oil all over the vape when we opened the package. We emailed customer service and they sent a return label, said they would send a replacement when we shipped the damaged vape back. We shipped it, haven’t received the new one yet so can’t speak to that. Gave 3 stars for good customer service and fast shipping. Product itself was 1 star due to damage

Top Notch Pro's at every level. I have lots of local VAPE and SMOKE shops all around me, appreciate them being there and have traded at them much. Lately however $$ have gone way up. I have advised them that there are great online sellers, and I have used them as well. I do believe however that based on this order OLOFLY will get my next order as well.
