You need to send a shipment email… You need to send a shipment email confirmation as is stated on your order confirmation. You also need to respond to email questions on your "sales" email.

Everytime I try to pull smoke it… Everytime I try to pull smoke it doesn’t come out, it’s been this way since I took it out of the box. It charges just no smoke comes out what so ever. When I first tried it was making a hissing sound. I would like a refund or sent another for free this is ridiculous.

I absolutely love this site but… I absolutely love this site but the last one I got and a previous one have been garbage vapes. My current one is a lemon ice cream or something and the taste is absolutely horrible it tastes burnt on the very first one so wasted money. But love being able to order them because I don't get out much.
