GBSent the order Sent the order, and received it within a reasonable time. Would have been 5 stars, but they were out of the flavor I ordered, even though it didn't say out of stock. But, understanding business, it's not always something they can control. They were very prompt on letting me know I could choose another flavor do my order could be fulfilled and delivered.

GBI had contacted the company about vaps… I had contacted the company about vaps that I had ordered from them that did not work or died same day. I did not know I had to ship them back to them for a credit. I was very grateful that they made things correct and offered a new company that had the flavor I like. I went ahead and order the other company and they are great. Easy company to work with.

GBU made the biggest mistake on switching… U made the biggest mistake on switching your carrier to UPS to save money ok I understand but they are the worst company for deliveries the packages take for ever to arrive the tracking never gets updated and to top it up my last package was delivered at the wrong house a picture was submitted and that balcony wasn't mines I been a customer for almost a yr I do not have a business but I spend money regularly and this is unacceptable I'm waiting for another package that no tracking update been provided and I might stop buying from you just because Im not going to be worried all the time if I'm getting my package or not 🚫
