GBI usually order from Suorin without a… I usually order from Suorin without a problem, however this last order I placed on January 15th for 8 disposable vapes. Today is February 1st and I still haven’t received my order. There is no phone number to directly call them. I emailed the company numerous times with no response. I use the route app that Suorin uses so you can see where the shipment is at and as of January 22nd the package hasn’t moved. I want to know where my order is. A very disappointed customer

GBI ordered 2 different flavored vapes I ordered 2 different flavored vapes. One was damaged in shipping. I emailed Sourin and received not only a response immediately, they shipped out a replacement vape on the same day. The flavor of these vapes is exceptional. I have tasted others before but Sourin has a nice smooth flavor. I highly recommend this company!

GBA Terrible Bitter Flavor I purchased a Cool Mint Pine Pod which is supposed to provide thousands of puffs. Mine became bitter after only about 700. When a vape goes bitter I can't use it again. I am very dissatisfied and will never purchase it again.

GBSatisfied Never had any issue’s always arrived on time. Wouldn’t hurt to have a better return policy I have received defective things before but other than that will continue to order from you.
