GBThere verification process I had a hard… There verification process I had a hard time getting through for whatever reason and when I reached out to milked they said “sorry not our problem we can’t help. Re order or go somewhere else”. Being in customer service myself this was the biggest turnoff possible. Unfortunately this product is hard to find so I still had to call these a$$holes back and order my product. Still waiting on my order so very odd id get a survey email when I haven’t even gotten the product. Overall a $hit show process 🤷🏼♂️

GBI ordered what I wanted and it was… I ordered what I wanted and it was delivered on schedule with no problems. However there were no manual or instructions. But it was just a pipe/lighter built into one. So not too hard to figure out.
