Emailed and got no response, call their facebook page and the person on the phone attempted to get me to download AnyDesk, he said download this app "or the moneys gone" Any desk is commonly used to steal information and money it is used by scammers DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

It was so strong that I literally feared for my life my entire trip. I tried it again, but followed their instructions and advice and had something more mild and appreciable.
