Third time's a charm! A couple of issues with my first two order attempts online. Had to call in, and found out that the product I was trying to purchase was out of stock due to some problems with it, even though the website showed that it was available. I was offered a similar, more expensive product at a discount for my inconvenience. I ended up not liking it, and returned it. I then called and ordered an even more expensive product, and I'm loving it! Everyone I dealt with over the phone was very polite & helpful. Shipping & refund times were fairly quick.
