USCompany under different name Company under different name. Would not repair bad vape pen component. Customer service rude and not too bright. I spent an average of 800 a year with these dim bulbs. Lost customer over 2 dollar (retail cost) part. Returned both vape pen kits. They decided to recently send me an e-mail asking for review. Outstanding. Here it is.

USFantastic Customer Service! The young man helping me was fantastic! He fixed my tank, took the time to look for a compatible coil, explain the different brands and flavors of juice, and never tried to upsell anything. I've been back twice since. Great customer service each time!

USGreat selection Great selection, prices and fast shipping. The only suggestion for improvement would be to filter out items that are out of stock from the search or show the in stock status in the search results. Sometimes it is frustrating to go to item details only to find that it is out of stock (especially for liquids, many of the liquids on sale are out of stock)
