Poor quality!! What I got from Cannasense is basically what we here in Oklahoma call "brown dirt weed!" Tastes as horrible as it looks. Save your time and money.....! They used to have legitimate quality product and I feel like I wasted my money this time.

I've been buying medical marijuana from… I've been buying medical marijuana from cannasense for over 3 years now. From the very start and became a member I thought it was a greatest thing in the world everything works great using PayPal but when they quit using PayPal they started shipping what some would call some bunk weed. So Canasense quit using PayPal because they don't ship out quality product and patients and members are not satisfied. So when using PayPal, you would have insurance security to get quality medications. Because PayPal would step in and get your money back when members and patient are not satisfied. So they quit using PayPal. So here's why I'm giving them this low rating. Here's the scenario here's the breakdown of what happened. So I only get so much money a month because I'm on social security disability, so I send them my allotted amount of money per month to get my medication, but unable to use PayPal to purchase medical buds. So while going through their menu I noticed Cannasense.com not putting the THC percentage levels on the menu list anymore. So now it's a crap pot shot you don't know what you're getting so I ended up with lesser than adequate medication. So when I received the product two of the containers that was in didn't even have labels. The product had a foul smell the product was so wet it wouldn't smoke and it has a horrible taste when you try to smoke it. So I called Cansense and then put in a complaint ticket. This was their resolution . Canasense offered me a $65 coupon off the next order. After spending $260 on premature marijuana bunk weed. I've done spent all my money this month and I can't even smoke the medication they gave me. Even two of the four medical bottles that it came in was not labeled.

great idea but reality happened honestly the concept of thia company is amazing. as someone in a state where you cant get medical cannabis at all legally in state i jumped on this. ive been ordering from the company just less than a year now and ive noticed their fufillment/shipping process is subpar to say the least. at first when i was a new customer id order and pay and with in 2 business days the product was in the mail system on its way. but by the 3rd shipment to present day even as a member the shipping takes nearly the alouded "2 weeks" they advertise on their website. i get most irrated when they label my order as "shipped" and havent even shipped it sometimes and entire week after the status is changed to "shipped"..... they always have convient excuses and remind me the 2 week shipping time frame but always manage to magically ship my order the exact day i send in my complaint. which to me shows they are just sitting around with my order ready to ship and not shipping it till i remind them. ive gotten so fed up with it i have literally left my state to buy medicine in between shipments. the cannabis is decent but you definatly can still get better from illegal dealers on the street and cheaper too so not that impressed. the prices also are stupid expensive even if you pay extra for the membership. not sure about others but im legally disabled low income spending 30-45% here when i could get better cannabis else where "illegally" for 25% of my income. wish they would get their fufillment/shipping process to be more consistant and reliable and lower the prices more for bulk buys especuially when someone has spent the money for the membership this membership discount you have now is just a tease. also why do u have discounts only for when u buy 1 oz but not for 1.25 or 1.5oz etc you would think since one already is buying over 1 oz the discount pricing would carry over but it doesnt unless you buy in exact oz'es (1, 2, 3 etc) if u really want to help people and create better access go back to the drawing board if u want to screw over people to get rich you are doing it right.
