I have had a life change and needed… I have had a life change and needed management aid(s) for my wife. I have been a customer for a few months and have had no problems until I did! It's called life ~ None of it is perfect! I made a three part order and when it all arrived, one of the packages contained the wrong product. I am reading the label and can see where the confusion came from. I contacted customer service and they immediately rectified the situation with a new shipment. I have already received my replacement shipment and don't have to worry about running out. Thanks again guys & gals! Customer4Life

Good Products and Customer Service is Top Notch I ordered two disposables and unfortunately one of the two received wasn't operational. I contacted the company and they promptly responded with some tips. I tried all of them which were applicable to the type of disposable (but it still wasn't heating up at all). I then reported my findings back in an email and they were cool enough to send me a replacement without any hassle. Since receiving this replacement I can assuredly say it's just as good as the other disposable I have from this company. It was a pleasure to deal with them considering the crummy circumstances, and I appreciate their attention in quickly rectifying the issue.

The rating should be 5 stars...but it… The rating should be 5 stars...but it didnt want to cooperate! I bought a vape that was basically a dud. The first one worked great. They sent me a replacement item...a different one, one that they enjoy themselves. It arrived super quick and blew the other item out of the water! Def reccomend the company for all your "needs"!
