I've been using VB for almost a year and I have seen my expectations exceedingly met and improve. For example, if you are patient when reaching out to their customer service with issues, they'll do their best to fix whatever the issue might be plaguing you. Do yourself a favor and try VB, you'll be happy that you did!

Scam- don't order here! Received an auto-reply that my order was confirmed but the tracking is still in "pre-shimpment" status since the day I ordered. I've send several emails over the last few weeks looking for an update and NO ONE RESPONDS. They're just taking people's money. I'm now seeing BBB shows they are closed so I'm filling a dispute with my credit card company for a refund and reporting them.

Great Customer Service. I have ordered from here 3 times and have not had any issues! The only time it has taken slightly longer to get my order is if they don’t have a flavor I want in stock. And If that happens, they always call me or send me a text and ask me if I want to choose a different flavor or wait! Every person I have talked to over text and phone has been extremely kind and respectful!! It takes around 3-4 days to delivered to me when I live across the country from them. Highly recommend this place.
