Fake reviews are a no-no Pretty sure the last 4-5 reviews are fake to try and cover up the recent bad ones. That being said, I was quickly given a tracking number that sat idle for several days. They did respond to emails and they did ship the next day after finally asking about it. Received the vapes today. The order took 7 business days and 9 days total. They are clearly drop shipping your order because they don't physically have it.

VB is my go to online vape store VB has been my best experience ordering disposable vapes online. I would recommend anyone to try them out. I tried a few other websites and have always come back to VB. Here are some pros and cons, imo pros heavily outweigh cons… PROS- price, selection, shipping times, Chloe reached out personally like others have said, they don’t require you to be home to sign which is nice bcuz I work a lot. CONS- have to specifically search some vape models to see it on the website it doesn’t appear while browsing maybe it’s due to their large selection, the tracking is weird says label printed most the time even though it has shipped. I ordered $ 85 worth of vape and find… I ordered $ 85 worth of vape and find out unfillfulled status for a week now and emailed them several times but finally got a email saying they are having problems cause of Chinese new year and shipping delays....Chinese new year was in February ! Emailed them back and want a refund ! Doing a BBB report also contacted my Bank to stop payment 😑

Scam- don't order here! Received an auto-reply that my order was confirmed but the tracking is still in "pre-shimpment" status since the day I ordered. I've send several emails over the last few weeks looking for an update and NO ONE RESPONDS. They're just taking people's money. I'm now seeing BBB shows they are closed so I'm filling a dispute with my credit card company for a refund and reporting them.
