Good products - No fakes, pretty OK shipping times (remember where they are coming from) - several orders so far and the one I messed up - they corrected ASAP and refunded for that order within a day. The thought of trying a new vendor is a bit scary, but I tried them and have spent over $400 and not a hitch. But I do always track them - just because - that is my thing, when I spend money. The only thing I dislike (but a reality for them too) is the high price of shipping, this I have learned is off-set by their lower prices and me placing a larger order (mainly when the things I want/need are on sale) --- Then they are the best for cost and their service and packing have been without a doubt - the equal or better to any other ecig vendor, I have dealt with. So far so good, and just placed another order the other day for 2 mod boxes, some coils and a new Uwell tank.

Disappointing customer service Received my item and within a couple of days it suddenly stopped working. Contacted the company to inform them of this and they haven't gotten back to me since, which is now nearly two weeks ago. I always keep an eye on Everzon I always keep an eye on Everzon simply because they sometimes run deals that cannot be beaten, hands down - especially around holidays. During my last purchase, there was never a moment where it seemed like something was sketchy. Very straight forward. It took 3 days to get a tracking number back from them, and this was during the heights of COVID. Just remember to be a bit patient with these overseas companies. This isn't Amazon, it's going to take more than a few days to arrive at your doorstep, but the prices justify that if you're a bargain shopper.
