While I felt I could have used a bit more training initially, the support team guided me through any issues I encountered online and over the phone. They've consistently been polite and incredibly helpful whenever assistance is needed.

This POS has regular updates and new features! Our previous POS system was a nightmare. Whenever we faced issues, we endured lenghty hold times, were transferred to tech support in india who lacked knowledge about the product, and often god disconnected in frustration. Switching to blogic has been incredible! problems are infrequent, and when they do arise, they're promptly resolved. We appreciate the rgular updates and new features. I wholeheartedly recommend blogic without any hesitation.
