Solace is my favorite Solace is my favorite. Best flavors and great prices! My only complaint is they don't use UPS or FedEx for delivery. Using USPS the order always takes extra days because it passes by my location and goes to Los Angeles before coming back to Death Valley.

Difference in taste I was shocked to say the least when I signed in to the site to find Everything has changed. Maybe I missed any notification that it was happening. I found that All of my favorites were gone. However, I took the companies advice on comparable flavors and was intensely Disappointed. I preferred the Salty Man line for the very flavorful taste. And in my opinion, the new flavors are Not There. It was like someone forgot to put it in. I've Always used Solace Products, but now for the Very First Time since starting vaping almost 3 years ago I find myself thinking I will have to try others. Not sure yet on that. As far as customer service and deliveries, this company can't be beat.

Shipping Great, flavor not so much... As far as shipping and confirmation, absolutely great. As far as the actual product, I’ll be honest it left a lot to be desired. The “Bold Tobacco” was far from any tobacco flavor I’ve ever tasted. I’ve smoked cigars, cigarettes, pipe tobacco, even rolled my own in a stripping room- this is definitely none of those.

I ordered 4 bottles of salt nic and the… I ordered 4 bottles of salt nic and the tracking for the order was added the day the order was placed (December 16th). The problem is that it's now over a week later (December 23rd) and the item still hasn't even shipped out. The tracking just says it is in pre-shipment and the post office hasn't received it yet. I emailed customer support yesterday morning and still haven't received a response for over 24 hours. Not very happy with this order at this point. The product itself is great as I get it from local vendors, but the experience of ordering direct has left a lot to be desired.
