Using a dedicated server for over a year now We are using a dedicated server from them for a year now. Until recently, we had no issues until one day last month, the server had network issues. We contacted their support team who tried fixing the issue. As time was of the essence, the realized the importance of the situation and promptly offered us a replacement server. They even went out of the way to setup the old hard disk on the new machine and do the necessary settings to keep the work at our end minimal. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
