GBFast service Fast service. Ordered on Sunday received on Friday. Have only tried one of the two juices but the Vanilla Custard is exactly what I expected. Have had the Strawberry Custard before and it doesn’t disappoint.

GBGreat customer service un beatable… Great customer service un beatable prices. Juice tastes good. Doesn't burn my coils out. Definitely reccomend this company. Only con is you will need to order your juice 2 weeks ahead of time because they make juice fresh at time of order.

GBTired of them Honestly I'm starting to really dislike this company Ive bought multiple bottles from them and they keep opening and spilling out everywhere while I try to use them to drip into my vape. What a waste of money. Their shipping is also annoying. It says creating label for days and then never updates until its already delivered or you pay for 2 day shipping even though it ends up arriving a full week late. Taking my business elsewhere.

GBI've been a loyal customer since 2016 I've been a loyal customer since 2016. I even visited the business in Vista, in 2018. I was always satisfied with the level of service I received, but lately, the quality of customer service has plummeted. My emails and phone calls go unanswered and the shipping has become slower and slower with every order I've made within the past year. What has happened to this once great juice company? Communication makes a massive difference. Informing customers why orders are not being shipped on time alleviates concerns that the customer isn't being scammed out of their hard earned money. I made an order on March 26 and on April 7th, it still hadn't shipped, but on whitelabel's website, they said the order was "fulfilled", although it hadn't even shipped. Tracking supported the fact that it wasn't shipped. After finding the number to the owner's personal cell phone and speaking with him, he shipped it out.

GBI've been ordering the lemon cheesecake… I've been ordering the lemon cheesecake for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed..until the 3 bottles I received yesterday..the juice is dark orange and taste old and has a terrible smell when vaping..only 1 btl has been opened..the juice taste and smells just like cigarette tobacco..terrible! Can I return for a refund?
