GBNeeds more taste Second time ordering this juice. i want so bad to give then more stars but there is barely any flavor in all 3 of the juices I ordered. It probably has to due with the ratio of 90%vg to 10%pg I would be overjoyed if they changed it to something that carries more flavor but i will probably not reorder unless they change it to carry more taste. From what i can taste it is amazing however i would like for there to be more of it

GBThis was my first time ordering from… This was my first time ordering from white label and my very first order there was a mistake and literally within 5 minutes of sending a message I was contacted and everything was made right fast. Shipping speeds are amazing and the flavors are stunning. Customer service is everything in this business and white label juice Co does it right. Other places should learn from this place. I place big orders monthly and I'm happy I came here because this is my new juice spot.

GBI’ve bought from them before and had no… I’ve bought from them before and had no problems. But on the last order the USPS lost the package and I contacted White Label and explained the problem and they sent me a replacement free of charge out the next day. Great service, and great customer care. Love ❤️ their juice!! Highly recommend!!

GBFirst review Prompt delivery deserves a mention. The product was ordered on a Friday, and it arrived no later than on the following Monday. Following the recommendations on Reddit, I went with Strawberry Custard and Verry Berry Crunch as two of my flavors and they didn't disappoint. Verry Berry Crunch could have used more fruitiness to offset the grain scent a tad further, but that's just me. Dragpomchee was the third flavor I chose on a whim, and it's honestly a letdown. Where I expected a medley of vibrant fruity scents, I got an indistinct, underwhelming flavor that may as well have been flavorless solution accented with sourness. I'm of the idea that there should be review sections for each products that are accessible by clicking their respective images. That way, the good products get the attention they deserve, and products that leave wanting for more are brought to manufacturer attention for improvement. I'd love to try more flavors from this site in the future, and preferably they would all be hits.

GBI've been a loyal customer since 2016 I've been a loyal customer since 2016. I even visited the business in Vista, in 2018. I was always satisfied with the level of service I received, but lately, the quality of customer service has plummeted. My emails and phone calls go unanswered and the shipping has become slower and slower with every order I've made within the past year. What has happened to this once great juice company? Communication makes a massive difference. Informing customers why orders are not being shipped on time alleviates concerns that the customer isn't being scammed out of their hard earned money. I made an order on March 26 and on April 7th, it still hadn't shipped, but on whitelabel's website, they said the order was "fulfilled", although it hadn't even shipped. Tracking supported the fact that it wasn't shipped. After finding the number to the owner's personal cell phone and speaking with him, he shipped it out.
