Can I get a response please? I’m happy with the short amount of wait time for the order. However, I’m not happy with customer service. I bought a Relx starter kit and the batty is not working. I emailed customer service for a replacement a couple days ago, and no response.

I tried to order pods from this… I tried to order pods from this websites. Due to some unforeseen factor I needed them to be returned. I emailed them request a return and refund which was within the 30 days window of their return policy stated on their website, they have refuse to honour their end of the deal with some BS covid excuse. It's clearly they are unprofessional at dealing with returns for their customers and I hope to warn others they are an fraudulent website and stay away from doing Business with them. Scam scam scam!!! Don't buy from them ever!!

Relx pods Ordered pods from this website, they delivered a faulty package, when I ask to return it, they give me a excuse that they're not willing to accept the return due to "covid", I'm taking this matter to PayPal to have this complaint lodged as it was clearly states on their website it's 30days returns, and refund. Clearly they are not honouring that. Liars, cheats and scammer website! AVOID AT YOU OWN RISK

Fast shipping, good quality, and authentic I was expecting to wait like a couple of weeks to receive my pods, but they delivered my products within 3 days right after I have placed my order. What the hack!!! Definitely gonna reorder the pods.
