The packaging was perfect. Super stable with lots of bubble wrap, and even a cute little key chain :,) Thank you so much for providing me with my new favorite piece :)

The stem was broken at the bowl as was… The stem was broken at the bowl as was the access to lift tge bowl to clear smoke.

I was disappointed in the product… I was disappointed in the product because it was broken when it arrived. I will say it did arrive in decent amount of time. Thank You Tara Fecteau
