I do not use these types of products often, and when I do I don't use very much, so the will likely last me a very long time. I have not used the product yet, so cannot say to it's effectiveness. Ordered the item over a WK ago, and it hasn't even been shipped. Tracking number was provided, but it's now the 12 or 13th and the shipping service doesn't even have the item. Where is my order??
