GBI didn’t receive the novo 2 I ordered I didn’t receive the novo 2 I ordered. I got everything else I had ordered. Just not it. It was listed as being in the package. However it was not. The only way to contact anyone is by email. Which I haven’t got a response back yet. I have emailed twice now. Still no response to my emails. Even though I got a reply on my review.

GBOnline Buyers Beware - DO NOT USE Changing my review because they sent me my tracking number, finally! (automated) but I never received a response back. I was over charged for shipping; alone for shipping it was 16.50 for a vape. I did not even have the option to choose shipping on their site. They have no social media to "track down" - Instagram has not been active since 2015 and Facebook is non existent. They have NO CONTACT NUMBER. Thank you for your response. Hopefully in the future you could change the shipping options, if I have known before hitting “next” - I would have went to a local vape store, common sense, no? It’s the shipping price disclosure issue for me. Update- 3 days later and still no package.... 🤷🏼♀️ UPDATE - (5 days after order) - received my WRONG colored vape. They can't even get that right! Terrible, terrible, terrible company.

GBWrong color I ordered 2 of the Aegis X kits. Stealth black, and red/black. I bought one for me and one for my wife. We didn’t want identical mods...yet here we are. Regardless, we’re going to use them. I just don’t get it. Apparently whoever packed our stuff also works at McDonald’s....the receipt was in the bag...stealth/black...red/black and it’s still wrong.
