Brilliant customer service!!! Fantastic to deal with, awesome customer service and follow up on issue with delivery which was not tradesquare's fault nor the supplier..the carrier was completely at fault, but tradesquare ladies touched base with me many times and couldn't have been more helpful. Absolutely highly highly recommend and thankyou so much for being so courteous, professional and caring about your customers. Avoid the all costs or waste of money… Avoid the all costs or waste of money they sell them off to you when you're buying a phone as if you can get an upgrade every year which is not true as I found that out the hard way I've been paying for 2 years and then when I call to upgrade my phone they said they can only give you a new phone of what you already own so that's not really an upgrade and an addition to that you have to pay $250 service fee so it's not worth the money with that money you pay a month you can actually pay for an insurance where you can really upgrade your phone so there's no upgrades and when you tell them that they'll tell you well you should have read the booklet that came with it but when you have a few moments to spare at JB Hi-Fi when you making the purchase you don't really expect to read the whole booklet so it's a waste of money
