GBI ordered three Vapes from you I ordered three Vapes from you, and all three were damaged during shipping, to include the plastic container that they came in as well as the vapes themselves. I just chalked it up as lesson learned not to order vapes from your company again. The packaging was grossly inadequate. Thank you have a blessed day!

GBAmazing customer service experience!! Part of my order was out of stock and they contacted me immediately with options. I ended up getting the in stock items shipped and opted to wait for the rest of the items to be restocked and then shipped out. The openness and transparency about the state of my order, estimated shipping times, and follow-up after I received the order are things other retailers should strive for. Josie is an absolute gem of an employee IMHO!

GBFake vapes, buyer beware Bought 4 Elf Bars of my favorite flavor, received fake “elf bars”. Scanned the QR code on the box to check authenticity and it took me to a website that didn’t exist…not the official EB website. Vapes taste/smell like coffee and not the citrusy taste of the authentic EB. It’s terrible and I definitely will be throwing them away. Reached out to “company” and received no response. The QR code takes me to elfabr.com. The manufacturing details and expiration date are all blackened out with a sharpie on all 4 boxes. All are fake. I don’t know how to share the QR code in response to companies reply
