Package arrived a day late which in… Package arrived a day late which in itself is a long wait. Ordered October 15 and arrived November 4. Was in the hands of the "Final Mile" delivery for over a week and no updates other than it is in their hands. Pretty unnacceptable since I live in a large urban area. I do find it dissapointing that there is no phone number to call since the tracking information is so poor. Hopefully they can find a better way to inform the customer. But the order was VERY well packaged and everything is included in the order. I am very pleased with everything about Electric Tobacconist except lack of support/communication. Noted shipping time issues are a little out of their control.

DO NOT ORDER from this company!!! I have notified credit card company about potential fraudulent activity! PS…..After paying 16.99 for shipping, but what you need at a local store!!!
