GBPackage arrived a day late which in… Package arrived a day late which in itself is a long wait. Ordered October 15 and arrived November 4. Was in the hands of the "Final Mile" delivery for over a week and no updates other than it is in their hands. Pretty unnacceptable since I live in a large urban area. I do find it dissapointing that there is no phone number to call since the tracking information is so poor. Hopefully they can find a better way to inform the customer. But the order was VERY well packaged and everything is included in the order. I am very pleased with everything about Electric Tobacconist except lack of support/communication. Noted shipping time issues are a little out of their control.

GBOUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I purchased two mods 3 weeks ago. Both had leaked since new. Myself and customer service were emailing back and forth last night until close to midnight. THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED! A+ Here now to place another order!

GBItem not delivered Item not delivered. Delivery company states unable to deliver because we were not home, completely untrue and we have a camera showing no one ever attempted to deliver. Canned response from customer service stating I have to wait 40 days. Avoid this place, shop local.
