DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE UR MONEY Placed an order on January 28th and immediately canceled (after seeing reviews) didn’t receive any information about when I would be getting a refund. First time I called customer service was about 3 weeks after cancellation. The lady on the phone tells me it can sometimes take awhile for refunds to go through because they have a ‘ thorough’ review process to make sure it wasn’t a fraudulent purchase. Ok fine I continue to wait and nothing for weeks. This is now week 6 of me waiting so I reach out to customer service again. This is the email I received back after speaking with them on the phone Hello Jessica, I was able to confirm that the refund had been processed on 1/29/2024 as requested since the order was cancelled and immediately and the money has been returned since . once a charge is refunded it will drop immediately off of our system and is then processed back to the original owner. this is a fool proof way to make sure that we do not refund multiple times or have any reoccurring issues. If it does not reflect on your bank statements or does not show that the charge has been received please reach out to your bank . Alexis R Customer Service This time the woman tells me that my money was deposited back into my account the same day I cancelled the order…. That it’s something wrong with my bank . I checked my bank statements and not a dime of that $100 order has been refunded to me… I’d like to know why I was told two different stories. This website is nothing but a money grab they make it absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get your money back. I have opened an investigation and am disputing the charges. Will never use this company again. How can you just not refund somebody. An absolute joke of a company.

It's now been over two weeks It's now been over two weeks, almost three and I have yet to receive my order. I've received multiple USPS packages from orders placed well after this ejuice.direct order. I had to place a different order at a completely different business because this order has taken so long. Customer service was pretty much useless and dismissive. 0/5

Love this site! Love this site! Have only ordered fron them twice but they are a fantastic company with competitive prices! During Covid shipping can be delayed since they aren't working full time, but you will get your products! Definitely reccomend!

Really great company Really great company, had an issue where a bottle came with a defected seal and they instantly issued me a replacement. The prices are also unbeatable here, the bundles and deals they have are incredible. The support team is second to none, almost instant replies from a real person, yes a real person, you don't have to deal with a computer lol. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Awesome company Awesome company! Honestly no other company can beat their prices. The only thing that may be slightly annoying is the shipping. However, my package came in perfectly and for the unbeatable prices I’m willing to wait a couple more days while its in transit. I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews on here.
