Scam? Still hasn’t shipped after 8 days, I’ve emailed them 3 times about it with no reply

Great shop! I’ve basically only had good experiences at this online store. Restocking takes forever and the help desk is a bit delayed but other than that they employ outside apps such as Shop and Route that make it extremely easy to track an order. They have fair prices as well as discrete shipping and billing. A typical order is processed, shipped and arrives within the span of less than a week.

This site is lacking right now This site is usually good but right now it’s not going good. Customer service is not responding to the multiple emails I sent about my package being extremely late. I ordered this package over a week ago but it’s not even on the way , it hasn’t even been processed

Great store but they take too long to… Great store but they take too long to ship out orders. I get that there is a high volume of orders but I’ve seen one of my orders go 11 days without being shipped until the 12th day
