Even their cheapest vapes have the warranty, and that is not something a lot of places will offer! Their customer service is amazing, and they get back to you fast! I've only had to get one replacement, in the 3 years I've been using their vapes, and I just had to pay shipping. They were super cool about everything! Their products are out of this world, as far as quality! I've gotten the Jiggy, the Weezy, slim wax pen, 2 or 3 of the easy vapes, and most recently, the new 510 thread battery, and I love them all! They also have the most colors to choose from, than any other place I've ever seen! Plus, the shipping is fast and not too expensive! Buyer beware I bought the lobi device for my wax and the temperature settings are a joke. The temperature range is melt wax, or burn your hand, and I left a review on the website but it was removed. I can't return it because I used the device, buyer beware! Was contacted after complaining on Instagram, they stopped responding after the replacement lobi device was sent out. As of April 25th 2024 the company is requesting a video of me loading the atomizer, in other words I'm not intelligent enough to load a vape device. #BuyerBeware
