Website says orders ship the same day… Website says orders ship the same day they are ordered. I ordered Wednesday at 1230 am and it's Friday afternoon and still hasn't shipped(tracking shows label created yesterday still no pickup). I thought I'd try this brand and made the decision after reading they ship quickly on their "faq" section.

Great product...lousy service They claim my cc (billing in one state, delivery in another) triggered a fraud alert with their cc processor. This occurred with my first order and I provided the necessary documentation and received the order. Second order, another hold...I contacted the company at least three times and no response.

Excellent products Excellent products. Taste is great, no clogging of the cartridge which is fantastic. I am absolutely going to be purchasing again. In fact I am sending a few to my niece for her birthday 😁🎉
