Purchased from this company many times… Purchased from this company many times and was ok. Last 2 orders totally sent the wrong items so raised an issue 2 times and no one contacted me even after giving me a complaint number, avoid this company as the customer service is terrible and can’t get in touch with them. Avoid buying

First time I used this company I had no… First time I used this company I had no problems at all, but my last purchase one of the vapes I ordered didn’t work, I emailed them and had a response to say they will get back to me. Still no response so I emailed again. 2 weeks later still no response just two automated emails to say they will get back to me. I will have to contact my bank to recover the % of the faulty product. Will not be using direct product deals again.

Poor customer service Ordered some products that never arrived and customer service was shocking they replied to my first email to say they would look into it then just blanked every single email since then. I ended up having to go through the chargeback process with my bank to get refunded which took months so I would personally avoid!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! I ordered £40 worth of disposable vapes. They arrived quickly but were the wrong flavour. I emailed customer service, who eventually replied, asking me to return the items and I'd receive a refund. I checked with Royal Mail, and they received my parcel 3 weeks ago but I still haven't got my money back, and they're not responding to my messages. Nothing but con artists. You may as well throw your money down drain
