My experience with KOOS Tried to order 500.00 worth of product,they wanted extra money for insurance after I paid! They messaged me demanding additional 100.00 for insurance.I paid it,I never received anything at all.Every call to customer service was just putting me off more,more,more,until you finally give up.You WILL LOSE ALL THE MONEY YOU SEND,YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY PRODUCT!!! They want you to use Zelle to send money to someones email address, then they want you to, send MORE money for insurance and THEN they say your payment doesn't show in their system (even though I sent screenshots showing they have been paid) then they say please send ANOTHER $200. They stole over $500 from me and refused to refund.
