GBI wouldn't even give them 1 if I didn't… I wouldn't even give them 1 if I didn't have to. Don't order any from this company they straight ripping people off and nothing being done by canceling items on people's order without the customers wishes but still charging them and never I didn't receive what they supposedly refunded you. Then when you go to contact this company it's only by email. I gave them 15 days to make it right or I'm filing a police report.

GBPlease listen to the reviews Please listen to the reviews. Whoever received their package at all, in part or in full but weeks later are just lucky. I spent over 200$ on July 5th. Been a week later, no shipping confirmation, no replies to their email, phone (which I’m pretty sure nobody even runs) and on Facebook they literally just left me on read. Do not take the chance. Good thing I can dispute it since I used credit.

GBComplaints About Website Normally, I don't have any issues with their customer service. My complaints are more about their website. Multiple times now, I have spent hours picking products and putting them in my cart only to have the website refresh on it's own, and completely empty my cart out of the blue, with me actively shopping their site. Incredibly frustrating because I cant go back and remember each one I added, so they will naturally get much less of my money because of that. The other issue is, their website is notoriously about 98% out of stock, on everything and it's very rare that they replenish anything, which is completely stupid because they are missing so many sales.

GBBlazed Vapes is a fraud or scam. I placed an order with Blazed Vapes at the beginning of August 2022. It is now middle of October 2022. I have yet to receive that order. Know if you look at their shipping page, you will notice toward the bottom that they use USPS. That's an outright lie. Try to use the tracking number on the USPS web page and will get a not a USPS tracking number response. They actually use Westcoast Gateway. Who ever they are.

GBNo shipment, Crappy Customer "Service" I'd give zero stars if i could. I ordered vapexsupplies on 9/12/22, "shipped" 9/13/22. NJ company shipping to a NJ address, yet the "tracking" they provided was from a carrier based in... get this.... ITALY, and they have NO RECORD of any such package. Because this was an interstate transaction, package should have arrived within a few days. I contacted Blazed Vapes on 6 separate occasions, plus via their Facebook page, and they haven't had the courtesy to respond. Needless to say, I have initiated a chargeback with my credit card issuer, and will steer WAY clear of these scammers.
