The worst experience I've ever had… The worst experience I've ever had leasing anything. First they took the full amount out of my checking 3 days after we took out the lease. Called them and got the run around at first than they agreed to reverse it but it would take 10 - 14 days to get the money back. The next morning they tried to take a regular payment out which did not go through. We returned the item and canceled the lease it cast us almost $100 with bounced fees and all just to be done with them.

Help me, am broke Longest customers can pay within 90 days it's great other wise paying twice for a product kinda sucks. Also calling Progressive itself takes awhile for a person to answer 🙄 but they're friendly and kind.

This company has great customer… very good company to do bussiness with This company has great customer service. Thry respond with courtesy and kindness on every call I have. Progressive Leasing is a company that does not meislead are try to pass one over on their customers. The contracts are wasy to understand and read. People who complain should also understand thwy are creating a service for you the customer. They offer ro pay with no interwste in 3 months. And in no qay do they hude what it will cist for full terrm of payments. This like a hardship lian for pwople that are stuggling through hard times. Thw difference though is they never raise your payments are hide the cost at the end of the contract. Progressive Leasing will even woek with you, bettar than any bank I have woeked with. I camw down with a illness. They never harassed me are threatend me like many loan agencies do. They are very considerate if their customers. I will use them as long as they are around I highly support using their service. Progressive Leasing is the best in my opinion. No lies and no hidden fees just the plain truth in what they are offering. Also the easiest application to fill out. This is my second lease with them.
