Absolutely wonderful from the start… The whole experience with Defy has been just amazing g since the start. No pushy sales people or emails, just kind real people. I was shocked that I didn’t have to log into something prior to my apt and wait, Beth called me at my apt time! Imagine that! She had clearly reviewed my information prior to our conversation, answered all of my questions clearly and even reminded me of things I had asked on my intake and forgot to ask!! I’ve never had a medical professional treat me like a full, real, sane and educated women. I’ve been in this body for 46 years and I’ve never had anyone validate me so completely. Thank you Beth!

When I asked for his opinions about different medications or supplements he would give me his response along with an explanation to help me understand the reasoning for his answer. Very easy to talk to, he made it more of a conversation than a do this because I said so situation.

We've been consulting with Melissa for… We've been consulting with Melissa for several years now and find her to be personal, caring and very helpful. The only thing I would say about Defy is sometimes I have to call to get a prescription filled for Express Scripts and my HRT replaced. It isn't always automatic and doesn't always show up on my web account page for orders.
