They check your vital signs, and assess your condition, an advisor you of your medical health condition.

Love it!… All I can say is that I would probably be lost at this point. Being a part of Perry Health helps me to understand what is important for me to live a healthier lifestyle. So far I haven’t had to get a phone call about my blood sugar levels but I have had several text messages that helped me to realize that I needed to get back on track with my testing and taking my medication.
