Kind and professional staff, great experience! My experience with Aura has been fantastic so far. Everyone I interacted with at each step of the process was really great, extremely kind and professional, very patient and explained clearly what they needed me to do. Also, I really feel that Aura staff members never try to rush me, which is usually the feeling that I have everytime I interact with healthcare professionals in the US, so I feel really great about it. I also feel that the team is really listening to what I tell them, that they really try to co-create the program with me, and that there is no shaming nor pressure in the way they approach things. I also like how in-depth their analysis goes, and how thorough the information gathering has been, which gives me confidence that they really have a holistic view of my situation.
