Very Limited Appointment Availability and Options Setting up an account was easy and convenient, but if you're in a hurry for answers, this might not be a great option. My first consultation with the doc took about a month to happen after signing up due to limited appointment availability. After that initial call, I sent in my labs that same week. Got the results a week later, but then had to wait another month for a follow-up call to review them with the doc. All in all, be ready for a 2-4 month waiting period before getting any real insights. Docs are friendly and empathetic, but they didn't uncover anything game-changing for the symptoms I was dealing with and recommended I go to a primary care doctor. Unfortunately this process was a waste of time and money for me personally.

I love working with Allara! My experience with Allara has been very positive overall. I feel like my Allara ob-gyn took my symptoms and my experience seriously. Dr. Klein took her time getting to know me and answered all my questions, which I really appreciated and made me feel very supported. I have seen a lot of improvements since working with Allara - not only have my labs improved, but so has my nutrition and my relationship with food, I am more physically active, I feel clearer and have a more positive outlook which has helped my mental and emotional health, and I feel more confident. I feel like I finally have a handle on my PCOS vs. my PCOS taking over my body and affecting all aspects of my life.

Waste of money The clinician was nice but honestly I gained absolutely nothing from the experience. She requested a bunch of labs to be drawn and once results came back, she told me why she ordered them, and that there was nothing “wrong” and she couldn’t do anything else for me. She said I needed nutritional changes even thought we had discussed all of the changes I had already implemented. I’m so disappointed and frustrated. A total waste of money.

Yikes! Yikes!! I gave Allara a try to help diagnose some symptoms I'm having and it was a huge waste of my time. Their platform is riddled with bugs (There was a message on my dashboard diagnosing me with PCOS before I even saw a provider - alarming!) I had an appointment that got cancelled and rescheduled with a provider I couldn't find any information about online. I specifically chose my first provider because she had excellent ratings. But my dashboard was once again wrong because it was showing that I had an appointment with a third, different provider. Agh! They also kept asking me to fill out paperwork that I had already filled out. I cancelled without ever seeing a provider because it was such a mess. Overall, I wouldn't waste my time on this again.

Not helpful I went with symptoms such as fatigue, hair loss, rapid weight gain. I already had a diagnosed thyroid problem. All of my labs were fine and I wasn't heavy enough to receive a GLP-1 medication. I'm glad to see good labs but I was only recommended supplements. I cried during the appointment because once again I'm in the same spot. I was appalled at the end of the appointment when the Dr. asked if I should check in with my doctor about mental health. It felt as if she was implying all of this was in my head.
