Traditional and Virtual Personally, my therapist was amazing. She really tailored my therapies to fit me best. When I told her I wanted to incorporate more traditional physical therapy into our lessons, she more than obliged. Each week, I knew I was in for an extensive and exhausting session. She made sure to try and give me little homeworks in-between our sessions that I could incorporate into my everyday routine like my exercises, walking up and down my home stairs, or trying to get a walk in around my neighborhood. She really pushed and encouraged me to go harder. I appreciate the summer I got to spend with her training and getting stronger.

My experience with XRHEALTH was great My experience with XRHEALTH was great ! I wasn’t expecting it to even be something I would enjoy or find useful but boy was I wrong! I am much improved physically but more than that I am motivated to continue to exercise as I am able and set goals for myself that are reasonable. My therapist, Morgan was amazing and got me they a very hard time . XRHealth is a great program in my opinion!

Reprogramming Pain Exercises I enjoy the personal interaction between me and Ashley. She is very likable, polite, friendly and courteous, It's like we have been friends for a while. I really enjoy the balloon blast and the different pain exercises. I have realized that this physical therapy is nothing like the land and water physical therapy that I use to do. I have noticed that it does seem like it's reprogramming my pain.

Good therapist, extremely poor customer service Therapist was very good. Not responsive at all to emails regarding a problem. Received a bill for payment of $1200 despite having been assured XRHealth accepted Medicare. Cannot seem to get a response from anyone regarding this problem. Starting to feel like a scam outfit to me.

XR Health is a Blast, and it WORKS! XR Health has been an excellent experience for me. After a hip replacement last August, my hip stopped hurting but my low back was in pain every time I had to bend and pick up. With an 8-year old in the house, that's often! XR Health has given me floor exercises in addition to the VR stuff and I'm noticing a big difference after only two weeks. And the VR is a blast! It's so fun that I don't want to stop. There's components 'prescribed' by my physical therapist plus an exercise component that has varying levels so it's always challenging, but can be toned down too. The physical therapists are great too. I wasn't too sure how a PT session over Zoom would be, but it's been great. The therapists watch my form, make corrections and keep things moving along. I highly recommend XR Health.
