She asks me questions to determine how I'm feeling and gives me feedback to help resolve whatever issue I may be having. I look forward to our sessions and enjoy using each app she introduces me to. GBAwesome program to use!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE using XRhealth for my therapy. I feel like I get a good workout every time I do my therapy plan even though I am not able to move around or stand up to do the exercises. I feel like I'm actually getting stronger and moving around easier since starting my program and highly recommend using them if you need therapy.

GBTraditional and Virtual Personally, my therapist was amazing. She really tailored my therapies to fit me best. When I told her I wanted to incorporate more traditional physical therapy into our lessons, she more than obliged. Each week, I knew I was in for an extensive and exhausting session. She made sure to try and give me little homeworks in-between our sessions that I could incorporate into my everyday routine like my exercises, walking up and down my home stairs, or trying to get a walk in around my neighborhood. She really pushed and encouraged me to go harder. I appreciate the summer I got to spend with her training and getting stronger.
