We felt supported in case of any concerns or requests we had. The planning of the trips, the stimulation and the egg retrieval were very smooth and without any problems. All together we can say that their customer orientation is absolutely as one wishes to have when relying on an agency on such a personal topic.

My wife and I tried to get pregnant three times in the last 5 years, did IVF with my wife's eggs, then took an anonymous donor, but it didn't work again. She was set to donate to another family first. Irina updated me with all of her results and communicated with me through the whole process. When the donor was set to come to my country, Covid hit. During the wait, Irina sent me updates with how the donor was doing (which made me feel connected). I had some special requests for my donor (vitamins and supplements) and Irina made the arrangements to have the donor take these (the donor agreed). During our wait, my husband and I fell pregnant. When i told Irina, she was very happy for me. She had my refund processed and the money was in my account within the week. Overall, I have been very satisfied with my experience. In the future, if I need an egg donor, I will be coming back to Sunshine!

It was all very long and difficult. But the game was worth the candle. Two days ago, my wife gave birth to a son !!! Emma says that the child is very similar to me - my eyes, ears, hair. And the most beloved and wonderful woman in the whole world gave birth to him! Thank you, honey, for our wonderful son! I am also grateful to Irina for her professional help and personal congrats. My wife and son are doing great, and I can’t wait to take them home from the maternity ward.
