He helped with travel arrangements and took us to all of our needed appointments in Moscow and kept in touch after we procured the eggs from the donor. For over a year For over a year, my husband and I could not get pregnant. After several tests at the clinic, we were told - incompatibility. We did a nice talk and thanks for his time. Then they knew my requirement, and gave me a few donors shortlist. I asked them a few questions they always try to answer me properly and quickly. We did some negotiation for dealing with the whole process, but finally we had an agreement. And now the IVF result is very good. I appreciate their help. Will recommend my friends future.

Irina was awesome and answered every question I had and was in touch throughout the whole process - never leaving me in the dark with what was happening and providing me with answers to all my questions and request at any hour /day.
