I've had good experiences this far I've had good experiences this far. However, I saw on website new male patients could qualify for free SA test. When I inquired about this for my hisband, they said he didn't qualify because he wasn't a "new patient" because I had previously had bloodwork done. I still don't understand how my visit made him a patient.

You are in the very best hands at Conceptions! You are in the very best hands at Conceptions. We had two failed IVF cycles and a couple set backs along the way. The amount of heart ache that comes with trying to conceive after numerous failed attempts can be devastating. Dr. Bush and his nurse Erika P really gave me the confidence to try one last time and I am so very happy we did. We got pregnant with twins who are thriving! I cannot express my appreciation and love for this clinic and all of their staff. They made my dreams come true!!!

Thank You! From Linda in the lab to Tami in ultrasound to the nurses, embryologists and doctors, Conceptions is amazing. Everyone really does care about getting you to the finish line. We were seen by Dr. Bush and had Erika and Tanya as our nurses. Everyone was so amazing. They were cheering us on the entire time! We made it to 12 weeks yesterday with our Conceptions baby and we could not be happier with our choice to go here.

Wonderful nurses and care After having gone through two doctors and 3 treatment cycles I have to say the best thing about Conceptions is the nurses. They are thoughtful, organized, and attentive. They were always there to answer any questions and to guide us through every process. Their care alone made each cycle bearable. Dr. Bush was very competent and handled my difficult situation infinitely better than our first doctor. However, he does not possess the best bedside manner. The financial department has improved recently but seems understaffed. Pricing seemed steep for our first cycle but was more than fair for our last two cycles. Overall I am so glad we went through all of this with Conceptions and not the bigger competition.

Dr. Greene, Amanda, and everyone we came into contact with were so warm, inviting, knowledgeable, and reassuring! The fertility journey is a challenging one, and it meant so much to us to have a great team guiding us and pulling for us. Now we're expecting a little one in September!
