Excellent service and experience This was a new provider for me. The website was so well structured. Every question was clear and I was impressed at how thorough the file they compile is. Made me trust them immediately. My interview with their physician was concise and comprehensive. Smart person. I requested a card as I wil be travelling and need it to show it was medically approved which is acceptable in Australia. All and all an excellent experience. Bad experience with customer support My friend suggested this website to me, and I signed up and filled out the form. However, the website took my money and never provided me with a doctor's recommendation online. Customer support refused to answer my questions about this, claiming that they never received my money. This is a scam. I strongly recommend that you do not use this website!
