GBDON’T DO IT!! I was looking for an ESA letter from a physician in the state where I reside, Montana. Upon googling, Fast ESA was the first company to populate with this phrase: GET ENDORSED BY THE LOCAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS IN MONTANA. When I received the letter, the physician’s office location was in Arizona, and he was NOT licensed in Montana. After several emails disputing what is clearly NOT on their letter, I have requested my money back immediately.

GBThanks for the quick help! We went through shelling and bombing with our dogs in the middle of the war in the city of Kiev. Today we here in the USA can be together with our dogs.
