GBDON’T DO IT!! I was looking for an ESA letter from a physician in the state where I reside, Montana. Upon googling, Fast ESA was the first company to populate with this phrase: GET ENDORSED BY THE LOCAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS IN MONTANA. When I received the letter, the physician’s office location was in Arizona, and he was NOT licensed in Montana. After several emails disputing what is clearly NOT on their letter, I have requested my money back immediately.

GBI found the website a little confusing… I found the website a little confusing so I reached out to chat to hopefully get some answers and the guy I spoke to was very helpful and got my question resolved for me and was super helpful I can't say that about all customer service people it's hard to find people who are helpful and super nice. Keep up the great work!!

GBWould use again! Great experience! I got the letter I needed for my emotional support animal, and both my landlords accepted it. When one landlord asked some questions, Fast ESA Letter was quick to contact them and clarify any questions they had.
