Guided meditation I have been doing the daily guided twin hearts meditation with Christian and the group for 6 months. I now have a better understanding of what meditation is and how it has improved my life. I learned how to quiet my mind and to be aware of my thoughts when I'm not meditating by keeping a positive mindset.
