The doctor failed to consult with me… The doctor failed to consult with me and issued a prescription that did not treat the reason for the visit and failed to respond to requests to discussion unless I paid another fee. The doctor also prescribed treatment for a condition I never indicated I had. Avoid this company. Very poor customer service.

Wouldn’t recommend, disorganized Response time compared to other sites was a lot quicker in my opinion, but the email from the doctor I received said Sorry we don’t prescribe any type of weight loss medication. And to contact my doctor. I felt the doctor either read the wrong paperwork, or had the wrong patient. I inquired about a mastitis infection which is a breast infection and asked for amoxicillin as I’ve had this infection before and this is what my doctor prescribed last time I had the infection. I knew I would be able to get the amoxicillin faster through a prescription site then waiting for an apt and then waiting for the script, which is why I choose this method. Expect the doctor sent an email saying sorry no weight loss medication… I mean I had even sent photos of my breast infection, clearly swollen, inflamed, red streaks so I don’t understand why I was sent anything about weight loss. And when I responded I got an auto msg and another email saying sorry they were able to help…. And so I went with another site, and then get a call from my pharmacy an hour later saying that doctoralexa sent over a script for a completely different antibiotic. I wouldn’t recommend this site. And I won’t be using them again. Waste of time and money.

Don’t Recommend I had a good experience once for an infection, but the second time I was prescribed something I can’t take, then wouldn’t work with me or insurance or even the pharmacy to make it work. So I ended up going without anything and being treated a few days later at the dentist. Other than that, this is literally an antibiotic/drug mill. You can actually pick what you want and even pay extra for a work/school note. It shouldn’t even be a service

Excellent care Excellent care. Filled out my questionnaire which took about 5 minutes and received an instant response. Scripts were ready to pick up at my local pharmacy within an hour and my insurance covered them. This is definitely not a scam as others have suggested. I am very pleased with my experience.
